Screw-in infrared temperature sensor HART S-METS-IR

The HART S-METS-IR screw-in infrared temperature sensor is a device that is used for non-contact measurement of the temperature of objects or liquids in industrial applications. In contrast to conventional contact sensors, which have to come into physical contact with the object being measured, infrared temperature sensors measure the infrared radiation emitted by an object to determine its temperature. This enables fast and accurate temperature measurement without the sensor having to be exposed to the object being measured. They are often used in environments where conventional contact measurement is difficult or impossible, for example at high temperatures, in moving machine parts or in hazardous environments.
